摘　　要：目的探讨永久性闭塞单侧颈内动脉治疗颅内巨大动脉瘤的方法及适应证。方法回顾性分析2012年1月-2014年12月我科经脑血管造影术明确诊断的4例颅内巨大动脉瘤患者术前评价方法及介入栓塞载瘤动脉的经过。结果 4例术前行压颈试验无不良反应且侧支循环代偿良好的颅内巨大动脉瘤患者,经患侧颈内动脉介入栓塞治疗,预后均良好。结论对于压颈试验良好、对侧颈内动脉侧支循环良好的颅内巨大动脉瘤患者,患侧颈内动脉闭塞是可行且效果良好的治疗方法。Objective： To investigate the methods and indications to treat the giant intraeranial aneurysms by permanentocelusion of affected side of cervical internal carotid artery. Methods ： The review was done of the preoperative evaluationmethod and the process of interventional occlusion of parent artery of 4 patients with intracranial giant aneurysm, whichwere confirmed by cerebral angiography in the Dept. of Neurosurgery, Taian Central Hospital from Jan. 2012 to Dec.2014. Results： The ,four patients with giant intraeranial aneurysms who underwent Mata test without adverse reaction andwhose compensatory collateral circulation was good, after the internal carotid embolization treatment, had good prognosis.Conclusion： Permanent occlusion of affected side of cervical internal carotid artery is a feasible and effective treatment forpatients with giant intracranial aneurysms who has undergone Mata test without adverse reaction and whose compensatorycollateral circulation is good.
