全身麻醉手术患儿家长焦虑水平与患儿焦虑水平及麻醉诱导合作度的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨术前家长焦虑水平与手术患儿焦虑水平及全身麻醉诱导期合作程度的相关性。方法采用焦虑状态-特质问卷对72例患儿家长进行测评;以改良耶鲁围手术期焦虑量表评估72例患儿在术前访视、入手术室、麻醉诱导期、术后6 h 4个时间点的焦虑水平;采用诱导期合作度量表评定72例患儿诱导期的合作程度。结果患儿家长焦虑水平高于常模(P<0.01);患儿入手术室时、麻醉诱导期及术后6 h焦虑水平高于术前访视时焦虑水平,患儿家长焦虑水平与患儿焦虑水平及患儿全身麻醉诱导期合作程度呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论全身麻醉手术患儿家长及患儿围手术期存在明显焦虑情绪,可能影响患儿麻醉诱导期合作程度,需采取针对性护理干预减轻家长的焦虑情绪,以提高患儿围手术期的适应水平。Objective To investigate the correlation among patents＇anxiety level of general anesthesia surgery ehildren,children＇s anxiety level and the co- operation degree of anesthesia induction. Methods Seventy - two parent of children patient were investigated with State - Trait Anxiety Inventory. The anxiety level of 72 children patient were assessed with modified Yale Perioperative Anxiety Scale at the point of preoperative visit, entering the operation room, anesthesia induction ,6 hours after operation. The anesthesia induction cooperation degree of 72 children patient were evaluated with induction period cooperation scale. Results The anxiety level of parents of children patient was higher than the norm （ P 〈 0.01 ）. The anxiety level of children patient was higher at the point of entering the operation room, anesthesia induction and 6 hours after operation than preoperative visit. The anxiety level of parents and children patient were posi- tively correlated with general anesthesia induction cooperation degree （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion Parents of surgery children with general anesthesia and children patient during perioperative period have obvious anxiety, which may affect the degree of cooperation. Targeted nursing intervention needs to be taken to reduce the anxiety of parents,in order to improve the adaptation level of children patients.
