食道胃底静脉曲张破裂出血患者留置双囊三腔管期间的心理体验

摘　　要：目的深入了解肝硬化食道胃底静脉曲张破裂出血患者在留置双囊三腔管期间的心理体验。方法采用质性研究方法,对9例留置过双囊三腔管的患者进行深入访谈,采用Colaizzi分析法进行资料分析。结果留置双囊三腔管患者心理体验包括:置管前恐惧与希望交杂;置管期间的极度不适与无可奈何;疾病恢复期患者对疾病相关知识的渴求。结论针对留置双囊三腔管患者的心理特点,护士应给予安慰和鼓励,并进行积极的健康指导,从而有效缓解患者的恐惧紧张情绪。Objective To deeply understand the psychological experience of cirrhotic patients with esophageal gastric varices rupture hemorrhage during the retention of Sengstaken - Blakemore Tube. Methods Nine patients with indwelled Sengstaken - Blakemore Tube were interviewed using qualitative research method, and the data were analyzed using Colaizzi methods. Results Psychological experience of patients with indwelling Sengstaken - Blakemore Tube included mix of fear and hope before indwelling, extreme discomfort and helplessness during the retention, and knowledge of disease related knowledge in patients with dis- ease recovery period. Conclusion Nurses should proride patients with conffort,encouragement and health guidance according to the psychological characteristics of patients during the retention of Sengstaken - Blakemore Tube ,in order to alleviate fear and stressed feelings of patients effectively.
