盐酸戊乙奎醚治疗急性有机磷农药中毒39例临床分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨盐酸戊乙奎醚对急性有机磷农药中毒的治疗效果及不良反应。方法:将2013年7月至2015年4月佛山市第一人民医院收治的75例急性有机磷农药中毒患者随机分为对照组(n=36)和观察组(n=39),对照组患者采取氯解磷定联合阿托品治疗,观察组应用氯解磷定联合盐酸戊乙奎醚治疗,比较两组患者的症状缓解时间及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组的临床症状缓解时间明显短于对照组[(6.43±1.05)h vs(10.82±2.72)h,P<0.05];观察组的不良反应发生率明显少于对照组(7.7%vs 30.6%,P<0.01)。结论 :与阿托品比较,盐酸戊乙奎醚治疗急性有机磷农药中毒的效果显著,症状缓解快,且不良反应发生率较低,值得在临床上推广使用。Objective： To explore the therapeutic effect and side actions of patients with acute organic phosphorus pesticide poisoning treated by penehyclidine hydrochloride. Methods：75 patients with acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning in the first people＆#39;s hospital of Foshan were randomly divided into control group （n=36） and observation group （n=39） from Jul 2013 to Apr 2015. The cases were treated by pralidoxime chloride combined with atropine in the control group,while pralidoxime chloride combined with penehyclidine hydrochloride in the observation group. The remission time of clinical symptom and adverse reactions occurred rate were compared between the two groups. Results：The remission time of clinical symptom in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group [（6.43±1.05）h vs （10.82±2.72）h,P〈0.05]. The incidence rate of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group （7.7 % vs 30.6 %,P〈0.01）. Conclusion：Compared with atropine, therapeutic effect of the treatment of acute organic phosphorus pesticide poisoning by penehyclidine hydrochloride is remarkable , and the symptoms are relatively fast , and the incidence of adverse reactions is lower , so it is worthy to be popularized in clinic.
