摘　　要：总结了军队机关公文主题词标引的历史作用,探讨了军队机关公文主题词标引面临的问题与挑战;论证了军队机关公文主题词标引的必要性,分析了自然语言与人工语言、关键词检索和主题词检索的各自特点,提出了改进军队机关公文主题词标引工作的对策。Concludes the historical function of PLA administrative documents descriptors indexing. Discusses the problems and challenges consists in PLA administrative documents descriptors indexing. Analyses each features of natural languages and artificial languages, key word retrieval and descriptors retrieval. Demonstrated the necessity of PLA administrative documents descriptors indexing and put forwards the countermeasures to improve the work.
