摘　　要：目的探讨经直肠超声引导下经皮穿刺置管引流方法治疗肛旁脓肿的可靠性与准确性。方法对超声引导下经皮穿刺置管引流治疗肛旁脓肿26例患者的临床资料作回顾性分析。结果置管引流后48h,发热减退或消失。治愈率达96%。结论经直肠超声引导下经皮穿刺置管引流治疗肛旁脓肿安全可靠,疗效肯定,并发症少,是一种行之有效的治疗方法,有推广应用价值。Objective To investigate the reliability and accuracy of transrectal ultrasound-guided percutaneous catheter drainage method for treating perianal abscess.Methods Anal abscess≥4cm in diameter was considered to be appropriate for the inclusion criteria.Results Twenty-six cases of patients with perianal abscess were treated with transrectal ultrasound-guided percutaneous catheter drainage,with abscess diameter 4.0to 6.8cm.After 48 hfor catheter drainage,fever diminished or disappeared,with total cure rate of 96%.Conclusion Transrectal ultrasound-guided percutaneous catheter drainage treatment of anal abscess is safe,effective,and less complications.
