摘 要:目的研究几种蛇药抗五步蛇蛇毒作用的实验效果并进行比较,探讨蛇毒对动物的损伤机制及抗蛇毒药物的药理作用。方法将小鼠随机分为蛇毒损伤组,斑花败酱组、鸡屎藤组、半边莲组、八角莲组及阳性对照组,各组动物均给药5 d,末次给药1 h后以五步蛇蛇毒液腹腔注射,另设一正常对照组,观察各组动物中毒表现,计算动物死亡率和药物对蛇毒损伤动物的保护率。计量资料采用方差分析,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果斑花败酱组、鸡屎藤组、半边莲组、八角莲组及阳性对照组的保护率分别为20.0%、20.0%、20.0%、10.0%、30.0%;鸡屎藤组、半边莲组、八角莲组、阳性对照组组治疗后小鼠的血浆凝血酶原时间(plasma prothrombin time,PT)(20.836±4.179)、(22.318±3.659)、(23.026±4.376)、(17.365±3.006)s]、凝血酶时间(thrombin time,TT)[(21.038±3.676)、(23.845±2.345)、(27.572±5.276)、(16.389±2.978)s]与空白对照组[(15.275±2.336)、(14.493±2.886)s]比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);与模型组比较[(36.827±8.036)、(34.291±6.276)s],斑花败酱组小鼠的PT[(38.034±2.336)s]、TT[(35.774±3.253)s]均无明显变化,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论斑花败酱、鸡屎藤、半边莲、八角莲对治疗五步蛇蛇伤都有一定的作用。Objective To compare of several snake Agkistrodon acutus venom resistance effect,to explore the pharmacological mechanism of snake venom on animal injury and anti venom drugs. Methods The mice were randomly divided into venom injury group,patrinia punctiflora group,paederia scandens group,Chinese lobelia group,dysosma versipellis group and positive control group,all animals were administered 5 d,1 h after the last administration by intraperitoneal injection of Agkistrodon acutus snake venom,another normals as control group. Toxic signs were observed,animal mortality and protective rates were calculated. The measurement data was used by variance analysis,P〈0. 05 for the difference was statistically significant. Results Protective rates of patrinia punctiflora group,paederia scandens group,Chinese lobelia,dysosma versipellis group and positive control group were 20. 0%,20. 0%,20. 0% and 10. 0%,30. 0%. Plasma prothrombin time( PT) of paederia scandens group,lobelia group,dysosma versipellis group and positive control group after treatment of mice were[( 20. 836 ± 4. 179),( 22. 318 ± 3. 659),( 23. 026± 4. 376),( 17. 365 ± 3. 006) s],and thrombin time( TT) of those were[( 21. 038 ± 3. 676),( 23. 845 ± 2. 345),( 27. 572 ± 5.276),( 16. 389 ± 2. 978) s]and blank control group were[( 15. 275 ± 2. 336),( 14. 493 ± 2. 886) s],The differences were statistically significant( all P〈0. 05). Compare with the model group[( 36. 827 ± 8. 036) 、( 34. 291 ± 6. 276) s],PT[( 38. 034 ± 2. 336) s]and TT[( 35. 774 + 3. 253) s]of the spot of patrinia villosa mice were not significantly different( all P〉0. 05). Conclusions There is a certain positive effect to treat snake wound of Agkistrodon acutus venom with Chinese herbal medicine in common,exclude patrinia punctiflora,paederia scandens,Chinese lobelia,dysosma versipellis.
