养肝清肝法对实验性高血压大鼠降压效果及其对左心室肥厚等的影响

摘　　要：目的运用具有养肝清肝作用的血压平胶囊对实验性高血压大鼠进行降压疗效观察,及其对大鼠心肌胶原含量与左心室肥厚(LVH)的影响。方法造模采用每日鼠背皮下注射丙酸睾酮4mg、共15d,对照组注射等量生理盐水,且在模型复制成功后进入实验药物治疗过程中,继续对各治疗组与模型组于第1个4周皮下注射相应的药物,每周3次。将45只动物随机分为5组,每组9只,即血压平胶囊大、小剂量组、卡托普利治疗组、模型组、空白组等,每周灌胃6次,连续给药12周后,分别称重,将各组大鼠动脉插管取血,分离血清待测,同时分离心脏待检。观察指标:大鼠收缩压、体重(BW)、左心室重量(LVW)测定,并计算LVW/BW(反映LVH指标)、心肌胶原含量及胶原浓度。结果各组大鼠血压治疗后较治疗前均有明显降低(P<0.01),但以血压平大剂量组和卡托普利组的降幅较大,且各治疗组治疗后的血压与空白组血压接近;各组大鼠LVW/BW的结果按其比值由高到低排序为模型组>血压平小剂量组>血压平大剂量组>卡托普利治疗组>空白组,经统计学处理,空白组与其他各组比较差异均有高度显著性,而3个治疗组与模型组的LVH水平比较差异亦有显著性;模型组的胶原浓度、胶原含量与3个治疗组和空白组比较差异均有显著性(P<0.01)。结论血压平胶囊能有效地降低实验性高血压大鼠的血压,Objective:Using Xueyaping capsule(XYP)having function of nourishing liver and clearing it' s heat,treated experimental hypertension rats and observed the effect of lowering blood pessure and rat cardiac muscle colla-gen content and left ventricle flesh y.Method:After modeled,45rats were divided by randomized block design i nto 5groups:the big dose XYP treat-ing group(bXYP),the small dose XYP treating group(sXYP),the Capto-pril treating group(CAP),hormone and brine blank model group(BMG)and blank cortol group(BCG).Rats were poured into their stomach s 6times per week.After 12weeks'successively poured,rats were weig hed and taked out blood by artery intubat ton.Separated their blood serum and hearts being measured.Rat constric iton pressure,body weight (BW),left ventricle weight (LVW),LVW/BW,cardiac muscle collagen content and collagen concentration were observ ed.Result:The effect of lowering blood pressure of each treating group was much lower than before treatment (P<0.01)and the lowering breadth of both bXYP and CAP was biggest and blood pressure of each treaing group was close to BCG;order of LVW/BW from big to small was BMG>sXYP>bXYP>CAP>BCG and by dealing with statistics comparison of BCG and other groups had high sig-nificant difference,and compariso n of the three treating groups and BMG had singificant difference,too;comparison of the cardiac muscle colla gen content and concentration of BMG and the three treating groups had all significant difference(P<0.01),Conclusion:XYP can effectively lower the blood pressure of experimental h ypertenison rats and lowered their cardiac muscle cardiac muscle colla gen content so as to prevent their left ventricle fleshy.
