经皮椎体成形术与保守疗法治疗胸腰椎骨质疏松性骨折的比较研究

摘　　要：目的:研究经皮椎体成形术与保守疗法治疗胸腰椎骨质疏松性骨折的临床疗效。方法:选取2013年7月到2014年7月我院收治的胸腰椎骨质疏松性骨折患者110例,按照随机数字表法将患者分为研究组和对照组,每组55例。对照组给予保守疗法治疗,研究组给予经皮椎体成形术治疗,比较两组临床疗效,应用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评价治疗前后的疼痛情况,并分析Cobb角度和并发症。结果:研究组总有效率90.9%显著高于对照组的76.4%(P<0.05);治疗后研究组VAS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);两组并发症发生率比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:经皮椎体成形术治疗胸腰椎骨质疏松性骨折具有较好的临床疗效,能有效改善腰椎部疼痛症状。Objective： To study the clinical efficacy of percutaneous vertebroplasty and conservative therapy in the treatment of thoracic and lumbar vertebrae osteoporotic fracture. Methods： A total of 110 patients with thoracic and lumbar vertebrae osteoporotic fracture, who were treated in Yishui Central Hospital of Linyi City from July 2013 to July 2014, were selected and randomly divided into study group （n=55） and control group （n=55）. The control group was treated with conservative therapy, while the study group, with percutaneous vertebroplasty. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared; the pain status before and after treatment was evaluated by visual analogue score （VAS）; the Cobb angle and the incidence of complications in the two groups were analyzed. Results： The total effective rate（90.9%） in the study group was significantly higher than that（76.4%） in the control group（P〈0.05）. VAS score after treatment in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion： Percutaneous vertebroplasty has a good clinical efficacy in the treatment of patients with thoracic and lumbar vertebrae osteoporotic fracture,which can effectively improve the symptom of lumbar vertebrae pain.
