摘  要:为改善某车型整车燃油经济性,最大限度满足第4阶段燃油消耗限值要求,考虑将该车型搭载的变速箱由5AT变更为6AT。通过对6AT布置进行静态及动态间隙校核,变速箱到周边件间隙均满足总布置要求,搭载6AT变速箱可行。运用AVL Cruise仿真软件,对整车动力性和燃油经济性进行计算,对比分析计算结果,搭载6AT较搭载5AT的整车性能均有不同程度的改善,达到了改善燃油经济性的目的。It is considered that 5AT should be replaced with 6AT to improve the fuel economy and satisfy the requirements of the fourth stage fuel consumption limits. The clearance from the transmission to the surrounding parts meets the requirement of overall layout through checking the clearance in dynamic and static states for the layout of 6AT transmission, therefore equipping with 6AT is available. Using AVL Cruise software to justify the vehicle dynamic and the fuel economy is described in this paper. The vehicle performance equipped with 6AT is greatly improved compared with 5AT, achieving the goal of the fuel economy improvement.
