摘　　要：目的探讨肾周间隙CT异常表现对急性肾梗死的影像诊断价值。方法收集经临床和CT平扫、增强确诊的急性肾梗死病例9例,着重分析肾周间隙的CT表现。结果 9例患者13侧肾脏发生梗死,其中9侧肾梗死的肾周间隙出现不同程度弥漫性或局限性斑片状影、桥隔增厚、肾筋膜增厚等改变。结论肾周间隙CT异常改变对急性肾梗死诊断有重要价值。Objective To explore the value of perinephric space abnormal appearance on CT in diagnosis of acute renal infarction. Methods Nine cases of acute renal infarction that were confirmed by clinical examination, plain CT, and enhancement CT were collected. Especially perinephric space abnormal appearance on CT was analyzed. Results Among the 9 cases, there were 13 acute renal infarction lesions, in which 9 lesions had the perinephric space appearance of diffusing or local patching shadow, thickening of the bridge septae, and thickening of renal fascia. Conclusion Perinephric space abnormal appearance on CT has great value in the diagnosis of acute renal infarction.
