摘  要:目的研究鼠神经生长因子修复周围神经损伤对断掌再植术的影响。方法将本院近4年收治的80例断掌患者按照随机及患者知情同意原则,分为研究组与对照组,每组40例。对照组断掌再植术后给予常规"三抗"(抗炎、抗凝、抗痉挛)及保温治疗;研究组术后给予"三抗"及保温治疗1 w后,肌肉注射鼠神经生长因子18μg/次,2次/d。连续治疗3 w后,对两组再植断掌成活率及手指功能恢复进行对比评价。结果对照组的手指成活率(85.0%)与研究组(87.5%)无显著差异(P>0.05);随访1年,研究组的手指功能恢复分数(89.50±13.45)优于对照组(72.10±9.87)(P<0.05),且研究组的手指功能恢复快于对照组。结论鼠神经生长因子能够有效促进断掌再植周围神经的修复,有利于促进手指功能的快速修复。Objective To study the effects of mouse nerve growth factor repairing peripheral nerve injury on the replantation of severed palm. Mothods 80 patients with severed palm hospitalized in the recent 4 years were selected and randomly and equally divided into research group and control group. The control group received the replantation of severed palm, conventional drugs (anti-inflammatory, anticoagulation, antispasmodic drugs), and heat preservation treatment. The research group received the intramuscular injection with mouse nerve growth factor 18μg per time and twice a day one week after the same treatment as the control group. While in control group, patients were just treatment by conventional drugs. After three weeks of continuous treatment, the postoperative survival rate of the palm and the recovery of fingers function in the two groups were compared and evaluated. Results The difference in the finger survival rates of the control and the research group was not significant (85.0% and 87.5%) (P 〉 0.05). All patients were followed up for 1 year. The scores for the recovery of fingers function in the research group (89.50±13.45) were superior to those in the control group (72.10±9.87)(P 〈 0.05). In addition, the finger function recovery in the research group was much faster than that in the control group. Conclusion The mouse nerve growth factor can effectively promote the recovery of peripheral nerve injury in severed palm and is helpful for quick recovery of fingers function.
