多元需求背景下节事活动志愿者激励措施创新研究——以第四届宁德海峡两岸机电博览会为例

摘　　要：节事活动志愿者对于节事活动的运营和举办具有重要的意义。基于志愿者的多元需求背景,探讨节事活动志愿者激励措施创新值得关注。国内外学术界对于多元需求背景下节事活动志愿者激励创新研究较少涉及。文章分析了多元需求的现实与志愿者激励措施间的差距,探讨了宁德市第四届海峡两岸机电博览会志愿者激励存在的问题,原因。研究结果表明:对志愿者认识与管理水平欠缺、节事活动管理者专业性不够、志愿者工作的重视程度不够影响了志愿者的有效激励。基于对原因的分析,文章探讨了实现机电博览会志愿者有效激励的方法。Volunteers are vital to the operation of festivals and events.It is worth concentrating on the stimulation means on the basis of multi-need.It is found that there is less study on the innovation of volunteer stimulation of festivals and events in academic circle.This paper analyzes the gap between multi-need and stimulation means, and discusses the problems and causes existed in the volunteer stimulation in the fourth cross-stralt machinery and electronic products exhibition in Ningde.The results show that the weakness in the management of volunteer, the lack of specialization in the management of festivals and events, the neglect in the concentration on the volunteer work have influences on the effective stimulation.Based on the analysis of the reasons, this paper presents the steps of achieving the stimulation of volunteers in the exhibition.
