摘　　要：从植物生理代谢的角度总结禾谷类花粉培养中一系列过程的生理代谢机制,同时探讨了小孢子脱分化和愈伤组织形成、分化及转化等几个关键过程的生理学或细胞学机制。对该领域当前面临的问题和未来发展的方向进行了总结和展望。From the angle of plant physiological metabolism,the physiological and metabolic mechanism of series of process in the cereal microspore culture are summarized,at the same time,the physiological or cytology mechanism of sev-eral key process is discussed in this paper,such as microspore dedifferentiation and callus formation,differentiation and transformation,etc.And the current problems we are facing in this field and the direction of future development is summa-rized and prospected.
