摘 要:精密车削中形成的毛刺极大地影响着工件精度、提高了制造成本。基于Deform 3D建立了机-热耦合车削毛刺形成模型,根据车削毛刺形成过程中工件材料的塑性变形与流动特征,将毛刺的形成分为三个具有不同特征的阶段,并进行了机理分析。模拟了切削参数对毛刺形成的影响,模拟结果与车削实验结果比较接近。指出了切削力的改变是影响毛刺形成的根本原因。同时建立了刀具磨损比较分析模型,为基于毛刺优化控制的切削性能综合分析提供了一条有效的途径。Burrs that formed on the edges of workpiece in precision turning affect the accuracy of the parts Seriously, and increase the cost of manufacturing. A Mechanical-thermal coupling model for turning burr formation is established based on Deform 3D. The process of turning burr formation is simulated. The characteristics of plastic deformation and stress flow inside workpiece is Analyzed. According to simulation results, three different stages which have different deformation characteristics in burr formation process is proposed and analyzed. The effect of cutting parameters on burrs formation is simulated, It is found that the results of simulation are in agreement with the experimental. The effect of cutting force on burrs formation process is analyzed. Also, a comparison model of tool wear is established in this model. Chip flow, tool wear can be compared under different cutting conditions, these provide an effective way for the analysis of cutting performance based on optimal control of turning burr.
