摘　　要：文章结合实际,逐一浅析了在动物卫生监管执法中体现行政法的各项基本原则,包括合法行政原则、合理行政原则、程序合法原则、诚实守信原则、高效便民原则和权责统一原则。This paper is aimed to analyze the basic principles of legal administration in animal health supervision and law enforcement based on practical work. The following principles must be reflected： administration legitimacy,administration rationality,procedure legitimacy,honesty and faithfulness,high efficiency and convenience and accountability unity.
