摘　　要：生物样本库是转化医学的基石,是生命科学研究和生物医药产业链的重要环节之一,这一观点被同行广泛认知并产生了共识。近年来,很多机构都在规划不同规模、不同形式的生物样本库。文章阐述医疗机构公共生物样本库平台的建设和管理。The biological specimen bank is the foundation of translational medicine. It is the important link of life science research and the medical industry chain. In recent years,many institutions plan to construct a biological specimen bank in different form and operation mode. The purpose of this paper is to expound the public platform of biological specimen bank construction and management in medical institutions.
