摘　　要：样本质量已成为衡量样本库价值的主要指标。如何对生物样本进行质量控制是生物样本库建设的关键性难题。文章重点探讨医疗机构生物样本库如何通过制定和优化工作流程的管理措施来实现样本库的过程质量监控。获取样本产生过程中的关键信息,对事后样本评估是十分重要的。Sample quality has become the main indicators of biobank value. Is the key problem of the construction of the biobank that how to carry on the quality control of biological samples . This mainly discusses how to develop and optimize the work flow management to achieve the process quality control in medical institutions biobank. The key information in the process of getting the sample is very important for the sample e-valuation after use.
