综合护理干预对肿瘤合并放射性肺炎患者生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨综合护理干预对肿瘤合并放射性肺炎患者生活质量的影响。方法:将收治的120例肿瘤合并放射性肺炎患者随机分为观察组和对照组60例,对照组采取常规护理,观察组采取综合护理干预,比较两组生活质量。结果:观察组护理后躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能、物质功能评分均低于护理前与对照组护理后(P<0.05),躯体化、抑郁、焦虑、人际关系评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:综合护理干预可明显提高肿瘤并发放射性肺炎患者的生活质量。Objective：To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the life quality of patients with cancer compli-cated with radiation pneumonia. Methods：120 patients with cancer complicated with radiation pneumonia were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group（60 cases in each group）. The routine nursing care was taken in the control group;the comprehen-sive nursing intervention was adopted in the observation group. The life quality of the patients was compared between the two groups. Re-sults：The scores of the physical function,psychological function,social function and material function were lower after nursing care than those before nursing care in the observation group and the scores were lower in the observation group than those in the control group after nursing care（P ﹤ 0. 05）;the scores of somatization,depression,anxiety and interpersonal relationship were superior in the observation group to the control group（P ﹤ 0. 05）. Conclusion：The comprehensive nursing intervention can significantly improve the quality of life of patients with cancer complicated with radiation pneumonia.
