足底熨治疗法对腹部术后病人肛门排气时间的影响

摘　　要：为探讨足底反射区熨治疗法对腹部术后病人肛门排气时间的影响 ,将胆囊切除术、疝修补结扎术、胃穿孔修补术、阑尾切除术 181例病人按病种随机分为实验组与对照组 ,对照组病人术后按常规护理 ,实验组病人除常规护理外 ,于术后 6 h开始用自制的熨治器熨治足底足弓部约 10 min,每日 2次 ,观察并记录两组病人肛门排气时间。结果显示 :实验组病人术后肛门排气时间较对照组提前。提示 ,足底反射区熨治疗法可促进腹部术后病人尽早恢复肠蠕动 ,既可预防术后腹胀、肠粘连 。To explore the effects of plantal reflex area hot medicated compress therapy on anal exsufflation time of patients underwent abdominal surgery, 181 cases from general surgery department were randomly divided into test and control group according to their different kinds of diseases. They had undergone surgeries such as cholecystectomy, repair and ligature of hernia, repair of gastric perforation, and appendectomy. Patients in control group were given routine nursing care after operation.Patients in test group,in addition to the routine nursing care,had got plantae hot medicated compress treatment for 10 min.Using self-manufactured apparatus started 6 hrs after their operation and twice per day. The anal exsufflation time of patients in the two groups were observed and recorded. Results showed that the anal exsufflation time of patients in test group was earlier than that in control group. Suggested that plantar reflex area hot medicated compress therapy may accelerate the recovery of peristalsis of patients underwent abdominal operation. It may also help these patients to recover earlier.
