摘　　要：目的了解浦东新区社区卫生服务机构工作量、服务效率及人员工资收入的变化情况,揭示存在的问题并提出解决方案。方法数据来源于辖区所有社区卫生服务中心年度工作情况报表及医务人员薪酬统计报表,运用描述性统计进行分析。结果 2011—2013年基本医疗服务效率和基本公共卫生服务效率逐年提高,3年的次均门诊费用和工资收入变化不大。结论在理顺就医秩序过程中,越来越多的患者下沉社区,居民疾病负担有所缓解,但医务人员工作负荷与收入的不匹配情况需要关注。OBJECTIVES To understand the change of workload and efficiency and the salary level of community health service institutions in Pudong New Area,so as to explore problems and provide the improvement suggestions.METHODS Data was drawn from the annual work and salary report of each institution and used description analysis methods.RESULTS During 2011-2013,the efficiency of the basic medical services and basic public health services increased year by year,with little changes showed in outpatient fee per time and salary CONCLUSIONS with the enhancement of the treatment in community first policy,workload in community increased and disease burden released,but medical staff＇s salary still remained unchanged.
