2010—2014年玉溪市高血压管理情况调查分析

摘　　要：目的分析玉溪市高血压患者管理情况,为开展高血压防治工作提供技术政策依据。方法通过对公共卫生均等化服务项目网络直报系统和现场抽样,导出Excel和SPSS表格形式,使用SPSS 17.0进行统计分析。结果玉溪市5年共发现并纳入管理的高血压患者148 866例,高血压管理率由2010年的18.19%上升到2014年的43.90%,2014年血压控制率达54.33%。结论玉溪市高血压管理病例逐年增加,纳入管理的高血压患者血压控制率偏低,需加强高血压防治健康教育,提高高血压患者管理质量,以推动基本公共卫生服务工作的进一步开展。OBJECTIVE Analysis of the management to hypertension patients and discover the people with hypertension,ultimately,providing the basis of technology policy to prevention and control of hypertension.METHODS Based on the network straight newspaper system of public health service projects and field sampling,using SPSS17.0 statistical analysis to perform statistic analysis.RESULTS It found 148 866 cases of hypertension patients and were managed from 2010 to 2014.The administration rate of hypertension patients raised to 43.90%in 2014 from 18.19%in 2010.The rate of pressure control raised to 54.33%in 2014.CONCLUSION Hypertension management cases increased year by year,the rate of blood pressure control was lower in hypertension patients that were managed.Therefore,the stronger health education measures have to implement,improve quality and promote the further development of basic public health service.
