摘　　要：目的分析2011—2013年浦东新区卫生系统的控烟效果,提出相应的改善控烟效果的对策与建议。方法分别对2011年和2013年新区医务人员进行随机整群抽样调查,对行为态度、吸烟、戒烟、二手烟和对外戒烟服务等情况进行调研。结果 2011年新区医务人员吸烟率为11.6%,2013年降至6.8%。2011年新区医务人员二手烟暴露率为57.1%,2013年为48.8%。2013年较2011年在把香烟当作礼物互相赠送以及把互相递烟作为社会交往方式的态度方面、在办公场所分发香烟给同事朋友、自己曾经将香烟作为礼物赠送给他人和遭遇同事朋友将香烟作为礼物赠送给自己的行为方面均有所降低。32.3%的临床医生表示自己总是会主动询问患者的吸烟情况,但87.7%的临床医生表示不了解如何为患者提供戒烟帮助。结论年龄、性别、教育水平和职业是医务人员是否吸烟的影响因素,性别和所在单位类型是医务人员是否吸烟、遭遇二手烟暴露的影响因素。OBJIECTIVE To analyze the effect of the tobacco control in Pudong＇s health system from 2011 to 2013 and put forward the suggestions to improve the effect of tobacoo control.METHONDS It investigated the medical staff in Pudong in 2011 and 2013 respectively,about the behavior and attitude,smoking,smoking cessation,second-hand smoking,helping patients to quit smoking by sing random cluster sampling method.RESULTS The smoking rate of the medical workers in Pudong in 2011 was 11.6%and it dropped to 6.8%in 2013.The second-hand smoking exposure rate was 57.1%,and in 2013 it became 48.8%.Compare to 2011,in2013,percentage of holding attitude such as sending cigarette to each other as gift or as social interaction,and behavior such as sending the cigarettes to the colleagues in the office,sending them as a gift to the others or receiving them from colleagues decreased.About 32.3%clinical doctors indicated that they would always ask the smoking situation of the patients,however,87.7%of the doctors did not know how to help the patients to get rid of smoking.Age,gender,education background and the career were the influencing factors of smoking.Gender and the type of the unit were the influencing factors of second-hand smoking.
