内蒙古通辽市2014年艾滋病自愿咨询检测情况分析

摘　　要：目的分析内蒙古通辽市艾滋病自愿咨询检测（VCT）人群的社会人口学特征和艾滋病病毒（HIV）感染状况,有针对性地制定本地艾滋病健康教育和高危干预措施,为进一步深化VCT策略提供依据。方法收集2014年在内蒙古通辽市疾病预防控制中心VCT门诊接受咨询检测的求询者的信息,并对调查结果进行分析。结果 656名求询者接受咨询和血清HIV抗体检测,以20~40岁男性青壮年为主,占76.37%;男女比例1.5∶1;已婚有配偶者占68.75%。求询原因以发生危险性行为为主,占94.05%。HIV抗体阳性43例,感染率为6.55%,全部经性途径感染,37人通过同性性行为感染。结论通辽市艾滋病的传播以性途径为主,求询者以年轻、已婚和低学历男性为主,HIV感染在男男性行为人群（MSM）中检出率较高。因此,应对男性青壮年、MSM人群进行广泛的艾滋病健康教育,加强针对MSM人群的行为干预措施。OBJECTIVE To analysis socio-demographic characteristics and HIV infection status of people receiving AIDS voluntary counseling and testing（VCT） service in Tongliao in order to facilitate the development of local AIDS health education and risk intervention strategy and provide evidence for further expanding VCT service.METHODS The information of clients visiting the VCT unit in 2014 were collected and analyzed.RESULTS 656 clients received AIDS counseling and HIV antibody testing.The clients consisted mainly of male adults aged from 20 to 40 years accounting for 76.37%.The male to female ratio was 1.5：1,and 68.75%of them were married;the main reason for counseling was high-risk sexual behaviors（94.05%）.Of all the tested cases,43 were positive and the HIV infection rate was 6.55%;100%of them were infected through sexual intercourse and 37 cases were infected through homosexual contact.CONCLUSION HIV infections were mainly caused by sex transmission.Of the VCT clients the majority are unmarried young men with high education background.High HIV infection rates were found among the MSM group.As result,AIDS health education should be focused on young males,MSM who had lower education background and behavioral intervention should be strengthened among MSM.
