呼和浩特市某城区艾滋病免费抗病毒治疗情况分析

摘　　要：目的了解呼和浩特市某城区AIDS病人/HIV感染者的抗病毒治疗效果,为AIDS防治提供基础资料和科学依据。方法收集该地区2007—2014年AIDS/HIV的相关资料,进行统计分析。结果 68例AIDS/HIV,男性占91.18%,年龄为20~49岁的占89.71%,已婚占52.94%,未婚占35.29%,异性传播占38.24%,静脉吸毒占32.35%,同性传播占17.65%;CD4+值<200个/㎜3的病人发生机会性感染的比例为43.33%,高于CD4+值>200个/㎜3的病人(7.89%),差异有统计学意义,P<0.01。治疗后6个月与治疗后12个月CD4+值增幅差异没有统计学意义,P=0.074;治疗后6个月、治疗后12个月与治疗后24个月CD4+值增幅差异均有统计学意义,P=0.012/0.000;治疗半年后HIV完全抑制率为86.84%。结论该地区的抗病毒治疗效果是显著的。OBJECTIVE To evaluate the effect of antiviral therapy（ART） in HIV/AIDS patients at some urban region of Hohhot and provide primary data and scientific basis for the comprehensive care of HIV/AIDS.METHODS Relevant information of HIV/AIDS from2007 to 2014 at the region were collected and analyzed.RESULT Of the 68 cases of HIV/AIDS,91.18%was male,89.71%was aged 20 to 49 years,married was 52.94%,unmarried was 35.29%,38.24%was heterosexual transmission,32.35%was infected via intravenous drug use,and gay transmission was 17.65%.The rate of opportunistic infections in the patients whose CD4＋ lymphocyte count 〈200/mm^3（43.33%） was significantly higher than the patients whose CD4~＋ lymphocyte count 〉200/mm^3（7.89%）,P〈0.01.There was no significant difference between after 6 months antiviral therapy and after 12 months in CD4~＋ lymphocyte count increase,P=0.074.There was significant difference between after 6 months antiviral therapy and 12 months,between after 12 months and after24 months in CD4~＋T lymphocyte count increase,P=0.012,P=0.000,respectively.The rate of HIV entirely suppression was 86.84%after 6 months antiviral therapy.CONCLUSION The effect of antiviral therapy at the region was significant.
