摘　　要：在资本主义生产方式中,雇佣劳动制度和工资关系在马克思看来是不正义的。这个观点可以从他对资本主义劳动力买卖、工资和生产领域对形式平等的违背等的相关前提性的、历史的、内在的和外在的批判中得到论证。所以,如果说马克思在这个问题上持价值中立态度或模糊态度都是一种不正确的解读。In the mode of production in capitalism, in Marx＇ s view. This point can be pointed out in Marx＇ bor and the formal justice being violated in the productio site, historical, internal and external dimensions. On the wage labor and the relationship of wage were not just s critique of the buying and selling of labor, wage la- n field in capitalism. The critique included prerequi- issue, the opinion that Marx held a neutral or ambig-uous attitude is wrong.
