老年科住院患者院内集体转运的护理安全管理

摘　　要：目的探讨综合性三级乙等医院扩建后老年科病房的住院患者进行院内集体转运的护理措施和安全管理。方法总结37例老年科住院患者的安全转运情况,了解针对老年患者集体安全转运的系列措施,强化护理人员的安全意识,严格操作规程。结果安全有效的将病人、科室物资、贵重仪器、搬迁至新病房。结论在充分评估安全隐患的基础上,科学有效的保证搬迁安全。Objective To study the comprehensive level 3 b, such as hospital after expansion. Elderly family ward inpatients with nosocomial collective transport nursing measures and security management. Methods 37 cases of elderly hospitalized patients safety transport situation, understand the collective security transfer a series of measures for elderly patients, strengthen the safety awareness of nursing staff, strict operation procedures. Results Safe and effective to patients, supplies department, valuable instruments, moved to the new room. Conclusions On the basis of fully assess potential safety hazard, scientific and effective to assure the safety of the relocation.
