摘　　要：目的探讨复方α-酮酸对糖尿病肾病肾小管功能的影响。方法选取174例糖尿病肾病患者,按尿白蛋白排泄率分为两组,(1)Ⅲ期组86例,(2)Ⅳ期组88例,每组中又随机分成治疗组和对照组,对照组给予糖尿病肾病的常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗上加用复方α-酮酸。分别于治疗前和治疗24月后测定尿α1-微球蛋白(α1-MG)、β2-球蛋白(β2-MG)、视黄醇结合蛋白(RBP)。结果应用复方α-酮酸治疗24月后,治疗组肾小管相关指标较对照组均有更明显的好转。结论复方α-酮酸对早期糖尿病肾病肾小管功能有一定程度的影响。Objective To investigate the effect of compound α-Ketoacid on renal tubular function in patients with diabetic nephropathy. Methods 174 cases of patients with diabetic nephropathy, according to urinary albumin excretion rate were divided into two groups, one group with 86 cases in stage Ⅲ, Ⅳ group with 88 cases in each group, and were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, control group was given the conventional treatment of diabetic nephropathy, the treatment group in the conventional treatment combined with compoundα-Ketoacid. Respectively, before treatment and 24 months after the determination of urinary α 1- microglobulin （α1-MG）, β2- globulin （β2-MG）, retinol binding protein （RBP） the application of compound α-Ketoacid after 24 months of treatment. Result Indexes of renal tubular treatment group compared with the control group showed greater improvement. Conclusion Compound α-Ketoacid effect on early diabetic nephropathy renal tubule function to some extent.
