摘 要:目的了解体检人员对体检环境、体检流程、体检质量、服务态度等方面的满意度,收集体检人员对体检工作的需求及合理化建议。方法采取电话回访和现场回访相结合。结果提升体检科在体检人员心中的记忆,进一步加深体检科与体检人员之间的感情,获得了大量真实有效的数据和意见,为整改提供了依据。结论提高体检科在体检人员感知中的认知度、美誉度及公信力度,为建立、完善体检人员健康档案提供后续服务,力求为体检人员建立检后大数据,建立、健全、实施回访制度很有必要。Objective To understand the medical staff of medical environment, medical process, medical quality and service attitude of satisfaction, the demand for medical work and rationalization proposal.
