浅谈红霉素软膏对男性留置导尿尿道感染的预防和治疗

摘　　要：目的：分析红霉素软膏对男性留置导尿尿道感染的预防及治疗。方法选择2010年2月～2013年2月我院收治的男性留置导尿的患者共200例作为研究对象，随机分为两组。对照组给予常规的临床干预措施，定期对尿道进行消毒，严格执行无菌操作。实验组给予红霉素软膏，对比两组患者发生感染及感染持续时间。结果实验组100例发生11例感染，感染时间为（2.76±0.76）天，低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论使用红霉素软膏对男性留置导尿尿道感染的预防及治疗效果较好，值得应用。Objective To analyze the Erythromycin Ointment prevention and treatment method of urinary tract infection of indwelling urethral catheterization in male.Methods select 2010 February 2013 2 months in our hospital from male patients with indwelling urethral catheterization in patients with a total of 200 cases as the object of study, and were randomly assigned to two groups. The control group received routine clinical intervention measures, regular disinfection of the urethra, strict implementation of aseptic operation. The experimental group was treated with erythromycin ointment, and compared with the two groups of patients with infection and duration of infection.Results The experimental group and 11 cases of infection occurred in 100 cases, infection duration was 2.76＋0.76 days, lower than that of the control group,P〈0.05, the difference has statistical significance. Conclusion The use of Erythromycin Ointment on male indwelling catheterization urinary tract infection prevention and treatment effect is good, it is worth of application.
