中心静脉导管置管引流治疗胸腔积液的体会

摘　　要：目的探讨经中心静脉导管引流治疗胸腔积液的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析我院96例胸腔积液患者,按时间先后随机分成两组,引流组(48例)和胸穿组(48例),观察其疗效及不良反应。结果胸腔置管组患者疗效好、不良反应少、生存质量相对较高。结论中心静脉导管胸腔置管引流术较传统胸腔穿刺术在胸腔积液的治疗中更安全、有效,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the clinical effect of central venous catheter drainage in treating pleural effusion. Methods Retrospective analysis of 96 patients with pleural effusion, according to time has been randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group（48 cases） and control group（48 cases）, observe the efficacy and adverse reactions. Results The patients with pleural intubation group were effective,less adverse reactions, and he quality of life were relatively high. Conclusion Central venous catheter drainage is more effective and safe in the treatment pleural effusion,and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
