盐酸戊乙奎醚注射液的过敏性实验研究

摘　　要：目的盐酸戊乙奎醚临床主要用于麻醉前给药和有机磷农药中毒解救,文中评价盐酸戊乙奎醚注射液的过敏性。方法主动全身过敏试验和被动皮肤过敏试验。结果盐酸戊乙奎醚注射液主动全身过敏试验和被动皮肤过敏试验结果均为阴性。结论盐酸戊乙奎醚在本试验条件下无过敏性反应。Objective Penehyclidine hydrochloride（PHC） is mainly used for clinical anesthesia before dosing and rescue organophosphorus pesticide poisoning. We evaluate the allergic reactions of PHC. Methods Active systemic anaphylaxis and passive cutaneous anaphylaxis. Result The results of active systemic anaphylaxis and passive cutaneous anaphylaxis were negative. Conclusion PHC had no allergic reactions under this experimental condition.
