原发性肾病综合征的中西药合理配伍应用

摘　　要：综合叙述了近期中国治疗原发性肾病综合征中西药配伍应用方面的情况 ,认为在该病的初始治疗的激素诱导缓解期、减量阶段、维持治疗阶段 ,以及难治性肾病的胃肠道反应、骨髓抑制、粒细胞减少、肝功能受损均需在西药常规处理的同时辨证配伍中药治疗 ,并将活血化瘀。This paper gives a general description of the recent conditions in China. It says that it is necessary to use Chinese medicines on the basis of differentiation at the initial stage of treatment, hormone induced remission stage, extenuation stage, and stage of maintaining treatment, apart from the routine treatment with western medicines. Chinese medicines are also needed to deal with gastrointestinal reactions arising from difficult nephritis, arrest of bone marrow, granulocytopenia, and hepatic injury. Besides, the method of promoting blood circulation, removing stagnancy, clearing away heat and inducing diuresis has permeated through the whole process of treatment.
