摘　　要：信息时代的高校图书馆建设进程中面临着许多问题。其中随处可见的公用查询终端为广大用户提供了极大的便利,如何高效地发挥这些数字化设备的功能就成为我们急待解决的课题。笔者通过不断的工作实践,针对查询终端的特点,提出了自己的独特见解与解决方案,希望与同行共同探讨,不断地提高数字化图书馆的服务水平。In information era, the building process of college library is faced with a lot of problem. There are more and more computer inquiry terminals greatly facilitating our library patrons. Therefore, how we can make the inquiry terminals to work efficiently is a urgent subject. With constantly working practice, the author prsents a set of particular views and solution against the speciality of the computer inquiry terminals, in order to discussing with our library peers and improve the service level of digital library endlessly.
