摘　　要：阐述了社会环境检测机构产生的背景,分析了现阶段社会环境检测机构的发展现状及存在问题,探讨了社会环境检测机构的质量监管思路,提出在确立监测市场准入制度、建立检测服务质量监管与评价机制、监测行业自律机制及社会环境检测机构信息化管理服务平台等方面提高社会环境检测机构的质量监管水平,推动社会环境监测市场健康发展。This paper expounds the generated background of social environment testing organizations, then analysis the development status and problems of the social environment testing organizations. Also we discussed its quality supervision, including the establishment of monitoring market access system, testing the quality of the service supervision and evaluation mechanism, industry self-monitoring mechanism, social service information management platform. Meanwhile, we improved that the quality of the regulatory level of social environmental testing organizations would make them serve better and become a beneficial supplement to public environmental monitoring departments.
