民族自决权实践悖论与引导

摘　　要：当代民族自决权的滥用已产生沉痛教训,而新疆地区存在的民族分裂势力一直打着民族自决权口号,且对民众影响凸显。通过剖析民族自决权思想的萌芽与产生、民族自决权原则的分源与演变、中国共产党对于民族自决权原则理念的转变,运用经典文献论证了民族自决权适用的特定背景和条件,提出结合新疆区情与国际国内教训,在意识上作出正确引导。The abuse of national self--determination has caused ainful lessons in contemporary society. Under the banner of national self--determination, the national secession force in Sinkiang region has spread it ＇s influence. This article analyzed the germ and emergence of the thought, the different sources and evolution of the principle and the Chinese communist party＇s transformation on the idea of national self-- determination. After demonstrating the particular background and conditions suitable for national self--determination by quoting classical literatures,this article worked out correct guidance on consciousness by a way combining the situations in sinkiang region and domestic and international lessons.
