摘　　要：介绍施杞教授辨治股骨头坏死的经验。股骨头坏死的病因主要为气血不畅、痰瘀内阻;治疗以气血为纲、脏腑为本,提倡筋骨并重、动静互补、扶正祛邪、内外兼治、法宗调衡;临床主张三期论治、动静结合、中西并举、整体治疗。This article introduces Prof. Shi Qi＇ s experience in differentiating and treating osteonecrosis of femoral head. It is believed that disturbance of qi and blood and phlegm-accumulation stasis are the etiology and pathogenesis. The therapeutic principles include regulating qi and activating blood, viscera syndrome differentiation, treating musculo-skeletal diseases, complementation of static and dynamic, reinforcing the healthy qi and dispelling the pathogenic factors ; focus on inner and outer, regulating the balance. The treatment by stages, complementation of static and dynamic, combination of Chinese and western medicine and holistic therapy are advocated in clinic.
