摘　　要：介绍王安康教授论治咳喘的临床特点及经验。认为其病因多元,宣肃失司;重视治痰,但不可独治痰;细辨虚实,咳喘证非唯虚证多见;因人制宜,调胃养阴。This paper introduce Professor Wang Ankang＇ s clinical features and experience in treating cough and asthma. It is believed that the etiology of this disease is multiple and has relationship with disorder of lung qi ; as to the principle of treatment, we should pay more attention of phlegm, but treating phlegm is not enough; we should differentiating this disease with Xu and Shi for Xu syndrome is not the only course of cough and asthma syndrome; the treatment should be given according to different patients, children and women should regulating stomach, nourishing yin.
