摘 要:提出一种基于交错并联四开关Buck-Boost(FSBB)拓扑的微型光伏储能变换器,该变换器具有输入电压范围宽、电压纹波小、太阳能电池最大功率利用率高的优点,非常适用于单块太阳能电池最大功率获取和能量存储。在此说明了该储能变换器采用交错控制策略下的工作原理,分析了变换器的稳态性能,推导出该变换器的输入电压纹波表达式,并绘制出其主要工作波形。建立了光伏储能变换器的小信号模型,分析了系统的稳定性,并给出补偿网络的设计方法。最后通过原理样机验证了新型拓扑应用的有效性。An interleaved parallel four switch Buck-Boost(FSBB) DC/DC converter for energy storage of micro-photo-voltaic system is proposed.This converter has low input voltage ripple, a wide range of input voltage ,but also high utilization ratio of maximum power of photovohaic battery.So it is very suitable for application of maximum power point tracking and energy storage of single photovoltaic battery.The operating principle of the interleaved parallel DC/DC converter is introduced and its steady performance is analyzed to deduce its expressions of voltage ripple, and the op- erating waveforms are given.Moreover,the small-signal alternating current model is derived and design of the cont- roller with stability requirements is proposed.Finally, a prototype is built to verify the effectiveness of the new converter.
