摘  要:采用半制备液相色谱法制备了2,4-二氯苯氧乙酸(2,4-D)标准物质(CRM)。通过紫外光谱(UV)、红外光谱(IR)、质谱(MS)和核磁共振谱图(NMR)对2,4-D标准物质进行了定性分析,利用高效液相色谱进行了均匀性检验和稳定性检验,经F检验表明在置信区间为95%的范围内测定结果稳定有效。并由国内8家资质合格的实验室进行联合定值,计算出不确定度值。2,4-D标准物质的定值结果为99.79%,在置信区间为95%的扩展不确定度为0.76%(k=2)。该标准物质可用于有关农药残留检测方法的校正。2,4-dichlorophenoxy acetic acid( 2,4-D) certified reference material was separated by semipreparation HPLC. The qualitative analysis of 2,4-D was identified by ultraviolet spectrum( UV),infrared spectroscopy( IR),mass spectrum( MS) and nuclear magnetic resonance spectrum( NMR). The inspection of uniformity and stability was carried out by high performance liquid chromatography( HPLC). These results examined by F-test statistical method were stable and effective in the confidence interval of 95%. The combined measurement was executed with 8 qualified laboratory rooms and the uncertainty value was counted at the same time. The purity of 2,4-D certified reference material was 99. 79% with the expanded uncertainty of 0. 76%( k= 2) in the confidence interval of 95%. The 2,4-D certified reference material could be used for the pesticide residue detection methods of calibration.
