摘 要:在乙酸介质中,H2O2对Fe(Ⅱ)-邻二氮杂菲体系的显色反应有明显的阻抑作用,表面活性剂协同增敏有效提高体系吸光度,据此建立了测定微量H2O2的新方法。测得最大吸收波长500~510 nm,H2O2质量浓度在0.05~0.3μg/m L范围内与吸光度递减呈良好的线性关系,方法的相对标准偏差为0.24%~0.28%;回收率为98.7%~102.8%。方法已用于测定消毒液中微量H2O2。Based on the significant inhibition of trace hydrogen peroxide on the chromogenic reaction of Fe( Ⅱ)-orthophenanthroline system in dilute acetic acid medium and the synergistic sensitization of the surfactant,a new method has been developed for determination of hydrogen peroxide. A maximum absorption wavelengthwas 500 ~510 nm. There was a good linear relationship between absorbance and the concentration of hydrogen peroxide in the range of 0. 05 ~ 0. 3 μg/m L. The relative standard deviation was in the range of 0. 24% ~ 0. 28%. The recovery was 98. 7% ~ 102. 8%. The method could be used for determination of hydrogen peroxide in disinfectant solution.
