摘 要:河南铁生沟煤矿13和15采区下山岩巷沿L7灰岩向向斜轴部延伸。已掘巷道的变形破坏随延深加剧,底鼓尤甚。通过对岩巷围岩工程地质条件、巷道变形破坏特征调查研究,分析了岩巷底鼓机理。指出应力重分布引起的高水平应力,使类同层合板的底板屈曲脱层或劈裂剥离,继而挠曲,引发底鼓。认为底板稳定性的控制,应从削减底板上强大的水平应力和提高底板的抗屈曲强度两方面入手,同时要兼有系统工程观点,加增帮顶的支护。基于这一思想,提出了铁生沟矿两采区岩巷底鼓防治对策。Six roadways at the 13 and 15 mining areas in the Tieshenggou coal mine of Henan are located in the limestone L7,and extended to the lower part of the northern mountain and the axis of the traction syncline along the stratum dip. With the increase of depth,roadway deformation and failure are more serious,especially in the floor heave. Investigation of the engineering geological conditions and the failure of 6roadways are made. It is pointed out that the floor heave is the cause to induce roadway failure. The mechanism of the floor heave is analyzed based on mechanics of composite materials and the theory of elastic stability. The results show that the high horizontal stress acts on the floor,which is induced by opening of roadway,makes the layered floor to delaminate or split,deflect and heave. Both the reduction in horizontal stress and the increase in the buckling strength of the floor must be considered to stable the floor. At the same time,a system engineering view must be used for controlling the floor heave. Not only the floor needs to be controlled,but also the sides and roof of roadway must be controlled. Based on this principle,the control countermeasures of the floor heave of rock roadway at these two mining areas are put forward and the engineering practice shows a good effect.
