摘　　要：阐述了太赫兹脉冲成像技术的原理和方法,提出了通过搭建太赫兹透射和反射成像系统,对不同种类的电解质材料进行测量,获取太赫兹时域光谱,选取适当的光谱的信息提取算法。利用时域光谱中包含的振幅、相位、频率以及偏振等多种信息,实现对电解质材料进行高精度的种类识别和几何形貌表征的方法。最后对该方法的可行性进行了分析。The principle and method of terahertz pulse imaging technology were proposed. An information extraction algorithm by building the terahertz transmission and relfection imaging system, measurement of electrolyte materials in different types, obtaining terahertz time-domain spectroscopy and selecting appropriate spectral was put forward. After using the amplitude, phase, frequency and polarization and other information included in the time domain spectroscopy, realized the identiifcation of electrolyte materials’ species and dimension characterization had become very accurate. At last, the feasibility of the method was proposed.
