摘　　要：目的探讨环磷酰胺处理后大鼠膀胱黏膜P53,P63的表达。方法 SD大鼠12只,随机均分为两组,处理组(n=6)和对照组(n=6),处理组大鼠环磷酰胺100mg/kg腹腔注射,对照组给予同等剂量的生理盐水腹腔注射,24h后取膀胱,采用HE染色方法在显微镜下观察形态结构的变化,采用免疫组织化学方法检测P53,P63的表达,并统计阳性表达量。结果处理组:膀胱黏膜水肿、出血、外周与周围组织发生粘连;HE染色,膀胱黏膜肿胀、皱襞减少、细胞排列疏松、黏膜呈现刺突样改变且黏膜下层呈明显的单核粒细胞浸润。对照组:膀胱黏膜平整、光滑,无出血、水肿;HE染色,膀胱黏膜无肿胀、弯曲,黏膜细胞排列紧密均匀,未发现明显的结构改变。两组免疫组化:P53,P63均只表达在膀胱黏膜处,处理组P53,P63在膀胱黏膜处阳性表达显著少于对照组。结论大鼠腹腔注射环磷酰胺致P53,P63在膀胱黏膜中表达下调。Objective To detect the expression of P53,P63 on rat bladder mucosa after cyclophosphamide treatment.Methods Twelve SD rats were randomly divided into two groups （n=6）：the experimental group（group E） and the control group（group C）.The group E was given cyclophosphamide 100mg/kg by intraperitoneal injection,and the group C was given the same dose of saline by intraperitoneal injection .After 24 hours,the bladder was removed from the abdomen .HE staining was used to observe the changes of morphology and structure under a microscope ,and the ex-pression of P53 and P63 was detected by immunohistochemical method .Then record the positive expression amount .Re-sults The group E：the bladder mucosa edema , hemorrhage , peripheral and surrounding tissue adhesion;HE staining：bladder mucosal swelling ,fold reduction ,loosely arranged cells ,the bladder mucosa like spike sample change and submu-cosa mononuclear granulocyte infiltrate apparently .The group C：the bladder mucosal level off ,smooth,no bleeding and edema;HE staining：bladder mucosa swelling ,bending ,mucosal cells packed evenly and closely without significant struc-tural changes.Immunohistochemistry in two groups：P53 and P63 were all expressed only in bladder mucosa ,what＆#39;more, the positive expression of P53,P63 in bladder mucosa of group E was significantly less than that of group C .Conclusion The expression of P53 and P63 in bladder mucosa was down regulated by intraperitoneal injection of cyclophospha-mide.
