摘　　要：协同创新是创新资源和要素有效汇聚,通过突破创新主体间的壁垒,充分释放彼此间"人才、资本、信息、技术"等创新要素活力而实现深度合作的过程,是一种复杂的创新组织方式,我国已在多项重大决策中对此做出了战略部署。我国高校特别是高等工科院校同企业、科研院所及其他机构开展深度合作,积极推进产学研协同创新,意义非常重大。本文主要从产学研协同创新的内涵及实施的作用和意义入手,通过对其存在问题与成因的分析,进而提出了产学研协同创新模式策略,以探索构建初步的产学研协同创新理论构架与运行模式,为促进其发展并营造有利的政策环境和社会氛围提供理论依据。Collaborative innovation is an effective convergence of innovation resources and elements,through breaking the barriers between innovative subjects,fully release activity of innovative elements about talents,capitals,information and technology,to achieve the process of deep cooperation,is a complicated innovative organization,our country has made the strategic deployment in a number of major decisions.Universities in our country,especially the higher engineering colleges and universities,they have deeply cooperated with enterprises,research institutes and other institutions,actively promote the production-study-research collaborative innovation,is of a great significance.This article mainly from its connotation,significance and meanings of implementing the strategy of innovation,through the analysis of the existing problems and the causes,further puts forward strategy of cooperative innovation model about production-study-research,explores the construction and operational model of collaborative innovation framework of theoretical preliminary research,lays the foundation for promoting its development to create a favorable policy environment and social atmosphere.
