一清胶囊联合过氧苯甲酰凝胶治疗寻常痤疮

摘　　要：目的评价一清胶囊联合过氧苯甲酰凝胶治疗轻中度寻常痤疮的临床疗效和安全性。方法将180例轻、中度寻常型痤疮患者随机分为三组,联合治疗组60例给予一清胶囊饭后口服2粒,3次/d,过氧苯甲酰凝胶外用,2次/d,共4周;一清胶囊组60例,单纯口服一清胶囊;过氧苯甲酰组60例,单纯外用过氧苯甲酰凝胶,用法用量及治疗时间均同联合治疗组。在治疗前及治疗后第14、28天进行随访观察,记录其疗效和不良反应,并进行统计分析。结果治疗第14天,联合治疗组、一清胶囊组及过氧本甲酰组的有效率分别为83.33%、63.33%、46.67%;治疗第28天,联合治疗组、一清胶囊组及过氧本甲酰组的有效率分别为90.00%、86.67%、56.67%。治疗2周和4周后过氧本甲酰组临床疗效明显低于联合治疗组和一清胶囊组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗2周后联合治疗组临床疗效明显高于一清胶囊组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗4周后,一清胶囊组与联合治疗组有效率比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗过程中,过氧本甲酰组有2例患者出现面部红斑刺痛及脱皮等不良反应;联合治疗组可见1例面部红斑刺痛及脱皮等不良反应,1例出现轻度腹泻症状;一清胶囊组1例患者出现轻度腹泻症状。结论一清胶囊单用或联合过氧苯甲酰凝胶治疗轻中度寻常痤疮效果优于单用过氧苯甲酰凝胶,且无明显不良反应。Objective To evaluate the safety and the clinical efficacy of Yi Qing capsules combined with benzoyl peroxide gel in treatment of mild and moderate acne vulgaris. Methods The total of 180 cases of mild and moderate acne vulgaris were randomly divided into three groups： combination treatment group（ 60 cases） were treated with Yi Qing capsules 3 times per day after the food,and topical benzoyl peroxide gel 2 times a day,for 4 weeks. Yi Qing capsules group（ 60cases） was treated with Yi Qing capsules 3 times per day after the food for 4 weeks. Benzoyl peroxide gel group（ 60 cases） was treated with topical benzoyl peroxide gel 2 times a day for 4 weeks. Before and after 2 and 4 weeks treatment,the lesions of the acne were observed respectively and the curative effect and adverse reaction were recorded and analyzed. Results After 2 weeks treatment,the total effective rate of combination treatment group,Yiqing capsules group,Benzoyl peroxide gel group were 83. 33%,63. 33% and 46. 67%.After 4 weeks treatment,the total effective rate of combination treatment group,Yiqing capsules group,Benzoyl peroxide gel group were 90. 00%,86. 67% and 56. 67%. During the course of treatment and after 4 weeks of therapy,the effects of Yiqing capsules combined with benzoyl peroxide gel and Yiqing capsules were obviously higher than those of benzoyl peroxide gel with statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. During the course of treatment at the 14 th day,the total effects of Yiqing capsules combined with benzoyl peroxide gel were obviously higher than those of Yiqing capsules with statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. However,after 4 weeks treatment,there was no statistically significant difference between Yiqing capsules combined with benzoyl peroxide gel and Yiqing capsules. No severe adverse reaction was observed in the treatment groups.Conclusion Compared to benzoyl peroxide gel,Yiqing capsules are more effective on the treatment of the mild and moderate acne.
