正骨手法结合强刺激推拿治疗颈性眩晕31例

摘　　要：目的观察正骨手法结合强刺激推拿治疗颈性眩晕的疗效。方法对颈性眩晕的患者经龙氏三步定位诊断明确环枢关节错位所致者,且经颅多普勒检查椎动脉血流速度异常的61例患者,随机分为对照组30例、治疗组31例,分别采用注射用盐酸川芎嗪静脉滴注(对照组)和正骨手法结合宣蛰人的压痛点强刺激推拿治疗(治疗组)。结果经治疗后,与对照组相比,治疗组椎动脉平均血流速度治疗后P≤0.05;与对照组相比,治疗组椎动脉平均搏动指数P≤0.05;对照组总有效率90%,治疗组总有效率100%。结论正骨手法能整复环枢关节错位、压痛点强刺激推拿能解除椎管外软组织炎症反应,两者结合,"筋骨并重",能比较彻底地解除椎动脉及周围交感神经的受到的牵拉、压迫、刺激,从而达到治疗眩晕的效果,具有很高的临床实用性。Objective To observe the bonesetting technique combined with strongly stimulated massage in the treatment of cervical vertigo.Methods 61 cases of patients with the source of cervical vertigo by three steps identified and transcranial Doppler（TCD） of vertebral artery blood flow velocity anomaly, they were randomly divided into control group of 30 cases and treatment of 31 cases. The control group used ligustrazine hydrochloride for injection intravenous drip. The treatment group used bonesetting technique combined with Xuan Zheren pressure point with strongly stimulated massage. Results After treatment, comparing with the control group, the average vertebral artery blood flow velocity of the treatment group was P ≤ 0.05 or less, and the average vertebral artery pulsation index of the treatment group was P≤0.05 or less. The total effective rate of the control group and the treatment group was 90 % and 100%, respectively. Conclusion The bonesetting technique can plastic ring pivot joint dislocation, pressure point outside the strong stimulation massage can re-lieve spinal canal soft tissue inflammation, and the combination, ＂ attach importance to both bones and muscles＂ can thoroughly remove the vertebral artery and the sympathetic nervous around pull, oppression, stimulation, so as to achieve the effect of treatment of vertigo,and has very high clinical practicability.
