摘 要:目的观察立体动态干涉波结合关节松动术治疗肩周炎的临床疗效。方法采用随机数字表法将46例肩周炎患者分为对照组和治疗组,每组23例。2组患者均采用关节松动术,治疗组在此基础上辅以立体动态干涉波治疗。分别于治疗前、治疗1周、治疗4周后,采用视觉模拟评分(VAS)和关节活动度(ROM)评估患者肩关节疼痛程度及肩关节运动功能障碍的改善情况。结果治疗前,治疗组的VAS和ROM分别为(7.92±1.34)分和(49.70±19.19)°,对照组的分别为(7.89±1.27)分和(56.09±18.40)°。治疗前和治疗第1周时,2组间同时间点比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗4周后,治疗组的VAS和ROM分别为(3.56±0.61)分和(89.76±20.45)°,对照组的分别为(4.83±0.94)分和(68.65±17.64)°。2组观察指标与组内治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗组各观察指标显著优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论立体动态干涉波结合关节松动术能更好地改善肩周炎患者的肩关节活动受限,同时也能更有效地减轻肩关节的疼痛程度及提高其功能状况,值得在肩周炎临床康复治疗中推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of stereo dynamic interference wave combined with joint mobilization in the treatment of shoulder periarthritis. Methods Forty-six cases of patients with shoulder periarthritis were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, and each group had 23 cases. Patients of the both groups were treated with joint mobilization, and the treatment group was treated in addition with stereo dynamic interference wave. Visual analog scale(VAS) and joint range of motion(ROM) were used to evaluate the degree of shoulder joint pain and the improvement of shoulder joint motor dysfunction before treatment, 1 week and 4weeks after treatment, respectively. Results The VAS and ROM before treatment were 7.92 ±1.34 and 49.70° ±19.19° in the treatment group, 7.89±1.27 and 56.09°±18.40° in the control group, respectively. There was no significant difference between the control group and treatment group before treatment after 1-week treatment( P〈0.05). After 4-week treatment, the VAS and ROM were 3.56 ±0.61 and89.76°±20.45° in the treatment group, 4.83±0.94 and 68.65°±17.64°in the control group, respectively. The difference between the control group and treatment group, and the indices before and after treatment in the same group was statistically significant( P〈0.05), and the evaluation in the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group( P〈0.01). Conclusion The stereo dynamic interference wave combined with joint mobilization can improve limitation of joint activities in patients with shoulder periarthritis,effectively relieve the pain scale, and improve the function of shoulder joint. It is worthy of generalization and application in clinical rehabilitation treatment of shoulder periarthritis.
