摘 要:目的探讨新执业准入考纲下护理本科生岗位胜任能力的培养策略。方法以2010级341名护理本科生为实验组,将护士执业准入考试大纲与本科学历教育的课程内容进行整合与调整,在教学活动中采用以学生为主体的PBL结合循证PICO模式的体验式教学法;与同校上一年级418名学生按"医学基础与专业课的模块设置,采用教师讲授与临床见习实习(或实验)"的常规教学法进行回顾性对照分析。结果两组学生均在规定时间内修完教学计划规定的全部课程,成绩合格毕业,毕业当年执业资格考试总成绩和单科成绩比较有差异性(P<0.05),且两组学生考试合格各分数段人数分布比较也有差异性(Z=-9.43,P=0.000),同时两组学生毕业后的初次就业率比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施执业准入能力与本科学历教育相结合的教学模式有利于护理本科生岗位胜任能力的培养,为社会输送具有专业实务与实践能力的高素质应用型人才。Objective To explore the training strategy of nursing undergraduates' post competence based on the new test guidelines of nursing permission. Methods A retrospective comparative study was adopted, a total of 341 undergraduate nursing students in 2010 Grade were selected by cluster sampling as the experimental group, and they received the integration and adjustment about bachelor degree edu-cation adapting to the new test guidelines of nursing permission, and the teaching method which combining problem-based learning(PBL) with PICO model, and a total of 418 students from the same school received the conventional teaching method as medical founda-tion and specialized course module Setting, and the teacher teaching and clinical practice internship(or experiment). Results The students of two groups completed all courses from teaching program within the stipulated time, but there were significant differences in the total grade and only branch grade of the nurse licensing examination in their graduate year( P〈0.05), the each score level(Z = 9.43,P = 0.000), and the initial employment rate after graduation( P〈0.05). Conclusion The teaching method which combining practice ability to access with bachelor degree education is beneficial to cultivate nursing undergraduates ' post competence, and there are more high quality applied talents with post practice and practice ability in our society.
