金水宝胶囊联合氯沙坦钾片治疗早期糖尿病肾病的效果研究

摘　　要：目的分析金水宝胶囊联合氯沙坦治疗早期糖尿病肾病的效果。方法随机抽取2013年4月—2014年11月诊治的60例糖尿病肾病患者,分为研究组和对比组。对比组服用氯沙坦钾片进行治疗,而研究组采用中西结合的手法,服用金水宝胶囊(中药制作)联合氯沙坦(西药加工)进行治疗,根据两组患者治疗前后血肌酐、血清胱抑素、尿微量白蛋白以及尿白蛋白排泄率水平的变化来评定两组治疗方法的效果。结果经过有效治疗之后,两组的血肌酐、血清胱抑素、尿微量白蛋白以及尿白蛋白排泄率水平较治疗前有所下降,同时研究组的血肌酐、血清胱抑素、尿微量白蛋白以及尿白蛋白排泄率水平显著低于对比组,两者间的差异具备统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论金水宝胶囊联合氯沙坦进行糖尿病肾病,可以有效降低血肌酐、血清胱抑素、尿微量白蛋白以及尿白蛋白排泄率水平,降低肾脏的损伤程度,其效果显著,安全性高,稳定性强,值得临床上大力推广使用。Objective To analyze the effect of Jinshuibao capsule comb ined with losartan in treating the early diabetic nephropathy.Methods 60 cases of patients with diabetic nephropathy from April 2013 to November 2014 were randomly selected, and they were divided into research group and control group. The control group used losartan potassium tablets. The research group used therapy of integrated medicine, and took orally Jinshuibao capsule of Chinese medicine and losartan of Western medicine. The effect of the two groups before and after treatment was evaluated according to changes of serum creatinine, serum cystatin, urinary microalbumin and the level of urinary albumin excretion rate. Results After treatment, serum creatinine, serum cystatin, urinary microalbumin and the level of urinary albumin excretion rate of the two groups were declined. The serum creatinine, serum cystatin, urinary microalbumin and the level of urinary albumin excretion rate of the research group were significantly lower than those of the control group, and the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Jinshuibao capsule combined with losartan in treating the early diabetic nephropathy can effectively reduce serum creatinine, serum cystatin, urinary microalbumin, and the level of urinary albumin excretion rate and the damage of kidney. Its effect is remarkable, high safety, and has strong stability. It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
